Welcome to the best hour of your day!

 

CrossFit is defined as "constantly varied functional movement preformed at high intensity." Each day, at CrossFit Macomb, will be a unique combination of metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, and weightlifting movements. These three modalities encompass a full spectrum of strength, endurance, and range of motion, which promotes longevity and quality of life. 

All classes are scalable to your current fitness level. Our coaches put high value and attention on safety and efficiency of movement. We are with you every step of the way to motivate, direct, and help you achieve your goals. You will work at your own fitness level, be challenged according to your own intensity level, and have tons of encouragement and support from an awesome community and coaching staff.

CROSSFIT

Our standard CrossFit Class is for general physical preparedness. The program is designed to be broad yet inclusive. Meaning, we will be doing everything from power and Olympic lifting, gymnastics movements, plyometrics and cardio, adaptable to all ages and fitness levels. If you enjoy variety and want to improve your overall fitness, this is the class for you! All movements and weights can be scaled and modified for all fitness levels. Keep your self motivated with community encouragement from others.

Get more fit in the comfort of your own home! This program is designed around minimal equipment and at home training. You will get 6 days/ week of killer workouts that are all completely scaleable and modifiable. Our workouts will not only meet you at your current fitness level, but also will adapt to what you have at your home. We are here to give you a great workout each day, support you through your fitness journey, and keep you motivated by connecting you to others who are also on their own fitness journey.

MEGGAN

I have been doing CrossFit for 8 years and have been coaching for 7. I LOVE everything about the community, the confidence, and the process of bettering yourself and pushing your limits. Outside of the gym, I love snuggling my pups, hanging out with my love and spending time with friends and family. If we could do that outside, or somewhere they have ice cream, that's prime.

A fun fact about me: Hanson is my favorite band and I will love them forever

I have been CrossFitting for 4 years. In edition to my CrossFit and Nutrition coaching roles I am a stay at home mom. Outside the gym I love family cookouts, spending time at the zoo, going up north, and going on other family adventures. 

A fun fact about me: I can pick up almost anything with my toes.

"I have been doing CrossFit for 8 years. Outside of coaching, I am a middle school science teacher and enjoy being outdoors camping, hunting, snowmobiling and vegetable gardening.

I have been doing CrossFit for 2 years. Outside of coaching, I am an office manager at my husband's manufacturing company. Outside of the gym I enjoy being on the water on a boat or on the beach, being outside, and spending time with my husband, friends, and fur babies.

A fun fact about. me: I love dancing, whether its going out to a bar or dancing in my kitchen,

I have been doing CrossFit for 5 years. Outside of coaching, I am an engineer for my families machine repair company. Outside of the gym, I love being outdoors either out on my boat or four wheeling in the woods.

 

A fun fact about me: I sing along to almost any song that comes on the radio. 

THE MISSION IS TO BUILD LIFETIME HABITS THAT ALLOW YOU TO MAINTAIN YOUR BEST FEELING SELF, AND UNDERSTAND YOUR BODY. THIS IS A JOURNEY THAT TAKES TIME AND PATIENCE, BUT WILL NEVER BE REGRETTED.

 

WHETHER YOUR GOAL IS, WEIGHT LOSS, WEIGHT GAIN, IMPROVED PERFORMANCE, MUSCLE BUILD, IMPROVING YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD, BODY MAINTENANCE, ETC... WE CAN GET THERE TOGETHER. 

 

FOR THOSE WHO ARE WILLING TO PUT IN THE WORK, AND COMMIT TO THE PROCESS, THIS IS FOR YOU! IT WILL REQUIRE CONSISTENCY, PATIENCE, AND KINDNESS TO YOURSELF, BUT YOU WILL NOT BE ALONE.
