CROSSFIT?
CrossFit is defined as constantly varied functional movement preformed at high intensity.
Each day, at CrossFit Macomb, will be a unique combination of metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, and weightlifting movements. These three modalities encompass a full spectrum of strength, endurance, and range of motion, which promotes longevity and quality of life.
All classes are scalable to your current fitness level. Our coaches drive safety and efficiency in movement, and are with you every step of the way to motivate and help you achieve your goals. You will work at your own fitness level, be challenged according to your own intensity level, and have tons of encouragement and support from an awesome community.

AT HOME TRAINING
The WOD (Workout of the Day) is our regular CrossFit class that includes a variety of metabolic conditioning, gymnastic skills and weightlifting movements.
Workout in the comfort of your own home with our BE MORE at home training program. This program is designed around minimal equipment and super easy to fit in to your daily schedule. You will receive constantly varied daily workouts that are sure to kick your butt!
If you are looking for more one-on-one training we have personal training available. This comes as a pay-per-session option and will be scheduled with a specific trainer.
