All classes are scalable to your current fitness level. Our coaches drive safety and efficiency in movement, and are with you every step of the way to motivate and help you achieve your goals. You will work at your own fitness level, be challenged according to your own intensity level, and have tons of encouragement and support from an awesome community.

Open gym is the for experienced
CrossFitter to get additional practice or extra work outside of class time. This is included with an unlimited membership or available as a monthly package.
If you are looking for more one-on-one training we have personal training available. This comes as a pay-per-session option and will be scheduled with a specific trainer.
The WOD (Workout of the Day) is our regular CrossFit class that includes a variety of metabolic conditioning, gymnastic skills and weightlifting movements.
Our FIERCE program consists of 30 minute full bodied HIIT workouts. These workouts will kick your butt, get you fit, and are easy to fit in your busy schedule.
