If you’re looking for workout programs catered to your exact goals and needs, our Personal Training is for you! We specialize in 1 on 1 in-house training for strength building, endurance performance, gymnastics, olympic lifting, functional movement, weight loss-the list goes on! Personal training is also a great way to get comfortable before jumping into group training. These sessions can be purchased in varying packages to fit your budget and lifestyle.
Can't make it to the gym? Our at-home training program provides a workout that can be done at home with limited equipment. We use dumbbells, jump ropes, and boxes the most, incorporating running and cardio equipment like a rower or a bike. This is great if you cannot make it to one of our class times, or prefer working out at home.
Our group classes are the bread and butter of CrossFit Macomb. Classes are fully coached and each workout can be tailored and modified for your specific fitness level and goals. Our functional fitness group classes will improve overall fitness in a balanced and constantly varied way, but most of all fun!
Our 1 on 1 Nutrition Coaching encompasses a, “big picture,” view of your lifestyle, stress management, sleep habits, recovery, and FOOD! These additional factors are critical to accomplishing and maintaining results. This program is specifically designed to fit any and all of your individual goals and needs, and make nutrition work for you and your specific lifestyle and personality. With this coaching, you will have weekly check-ins with your coach, and access to tons of guidance and knowledge to maintain life-long sustainable habits.
